GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

CONDITION OF RESERVATION :

To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number (16-digit number and validation date). No amount will be deducted in advance, as payment will be made on your arrival or the day before your departur

AII banking data is deleted after payment.

Please notify for any late arrival, either 22h, the reception is closed from 22h ta 7h on weekdays and from 22h to 8h on weekends and holidays. To do this, simply call us the day of your arrival at 05.56.36.27.38 to obtain the digicode and any information to access your room.

RATES:

Room tax is NOT included.

The rate of the rooms is according to the occupancy (1, 2 or 3 persons, even 4)

Breakfast and tourist tax are extras.

Pets, extra bed are extra as indicated in our rates

Payment can be made either by cheque or vacation cheque, or by credit card with a secure system, or by cash.

The rates presented on the site are subject to change and have an informative and non-contractual value

Terms of cancellation

You can cancel your reservation without any charge until 24 hours before your arrival. After this period, the first night will be charged and debited

DEPOSIT:

We recall that as it is a costume, you can make a deposit in every hotel, for any booking. Nonetheless, this concern is on the hotel behavior only, for any booklng.

Usually. deposits are always asked in specific cases such as :
 -A booking of several rooms for the same stay
 -A booking for more than 7 consecutives nights

Deposits will cost 30% of the full price of the booking.

Deposits will not be refund even in the case of a shortened stay or of a cancelled booking that doesn't respect the cancelling conditions.

At your arrival, you could be asked to pay for the whole stay.
The payment can be made by credit card, cheque or holiday voucher.

Deposits cancelling conditions:

Deposits can be refund only if cancelled before 21 days before the stay.

SECURITE:

The hotel does not have room safes, For any valuables, please drop them off at the reception desk as soon as you arrive.

Otherwise, the hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or theft

LITIGATION:

In the event of a litigation, jurisdiction shall be conferred on the Court of Bordeaux.
